It is usually in the function keys or right by the touchpad. Did you check the hot key to disable the touchpad? Are you a Compaq Computer and Internet Expert? Sorry this didn’t help.

I have a Presario CQ57, all was absolutely fine until i started loading a few programs for my new job, i suddenly lost keyboard and mouse operation. You should have an option there to enable it. If your computer has it, you can use “Mouse Keys” in pressrio of the mouse.
Mouse works in Safe Mode so not sure what the problem is.
